Flag Drill

A geography trivia gym for adults who want to know the plate, not guess from a cartoon. One brand, real URLs, 193 UN member flags, and a clock that does not care how you feel about Chad versus Romania.

Most people can name a handful of flags and then stall on the rest of the atlas. Flag Drill exists for that stall. It is a quiet practice room: charcoal desk, cream type, one brass accent, and a four-choice drill that starts the moment the page loads. You are not unlocking a school portal. You are not warming up for an arcade. You are putting names to cloth until the map in your head has edges.

The core flag quiz shows a flag and asks for the country. Flip the problem on country flag quiz and you pick the cloth from four sharp PNGs. When you want the full deck, flags of the world quiz walks every UN member in one sitting. Capitals live on their own plate. Once a UTC day, daily flag hangs a single deterministic flag for the whole planet.

UN members are the default pool. If you want observers, dependencies, and other extra flags, switch on “include territories” — it is labeled as not-UN-members so you never mix the lists by accident. Scores and streaks stay in localStorage on this device. There are no accounts, no ads, and no pixels watching the drill. Flags are served from flagcdn.com; the country file is vendored from a public ISO / UN membership dataset so the site never depends on a live API at runtime.
